Agentic Notifications Product Manager

Buyers Edge Platform is seeking an Agentic Notifications Product Manager to own and evolve the agentic customer notification strategy across digital touchpoints—email, SMS, and in-app. This is a strategic product role that blends customer engagement, AI and agentic systems, automation, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-impact, automated messaging experiences that drive key KPIs across our operator ecosystem. 

The ideal candidate combines product management expertise with a strong understanding of customer marketing and agentic workflows. They have a clear vision for how notifications drive platform value and can lead the development of both strategy and execution across internal teams.

Your impact:

  • Product Ownership & Strategy 
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing and internal notification experiences 
  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, including roadmap prioritization, business case development, and KPI ownership 
  • Conduct market and user research to understand foodservice operators’ behaviors, needs, and communication preferences 
  • Identify, develop, and validate new notification use cases—including proof-of-concept initiatives to test market fit 

Messaging Strategy & Execution 

  • Translate product objectives into effective messaging strategies across email, SMS, and in-app channels 
  • Ensure messages are relevant, timely, and aligned with platform goals such as cost savings discovery, feature adoption, and operator engagement 
  • Serve as a thought leader on lifecycle messaging, user segmentation, and personalization 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Act as the primary liaison between engineering, data science, CRM, marketing, and executive stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with the portal development team to define in-app messaging requirements and enhancements 
  • Work closely with data teams to identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven targeting, and operational efficiencies 

Customer & Market Insight 

  • Analyze campaign performance data and user feedback to uncover insights and refine the notification experience 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure a leading approach to customer engagement 
  • Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and guide strategic decisions 

Internal Evangelism & Communication 

  • Serve as the internal champion for the notification experience, articulating its impact and potential to stakeholders across departments 
  • Regularly communicate roadmap progress, performance updates, and strategic pivots to executive audiences 

About you:

Experience 

  • 3+ years in product management 
  • 2+ years in CRM or strategic customer engagement roles 
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of a customer-facing product or platform feature 
  • Proven success launching and optimizing high-impact messaging or communications products 
  • 1+ year working with AI or agentic workflows 

Skills 

  • Strong product thinking, with the ability to define vision and translate ideas into actionable execution 
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience interpreting engagement data and user behavior 
  • Comfort collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams 

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar messaging/CDP platforms 
  • Experience integrating with APIs, automation tools, or machine learning models 
  • Knowledge of the restaurant or foodservice industry 
  • Understanding of SQL or Python for basic reporting or exploration
