Bynder is seeking a collaborative and strategic Senior Customer Marketing Manager to own and drive programs that support the always-increasing Customer Revenue goals around expansion and churn prevention. Bynder is trusted by the world’s most iconic brands, and there is a special opportunity to grow with these customers as Bynder continues to launch AI-powered, industry-leading business solutions and generate rave reviews from customers and analysts in the market.
This role will be focused on developing and executing marketing strategies to create and close expansion pipeline within the customer base. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional all-star, establishing alignment with leadership in key adjacent functions such Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, and Product Marketing.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing, you will also manage the Customer Marketing team, collectively owning key functions within Customer Marketing including the annual Bynder Connect user conference series, the Customer Spotlight Awards, the Customer Champion Program, and the Customer Communications Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy informed by the expansion playbook, product roadmap, and Bynder thought leadership stories in the market
- Manage and lead the Customer Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing
- Plan and execute measurable expansion campaigns
- Analyze and inspect the expansion funnel and trends in the customer base to ensure the programs being run have highest are focused on the right segments and have highest chance of success.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Leadership, and other key stakeholder groups to uncover customer desired business outcomes and craft messaging that highlights how Bynder’s business solutions can drive them.
- Develop customer-centric content (customer stories, use cases, demo’s, etc.) that is showcased front and center in any campaign designed to generate expansion pipeline.
- Work hand in hand with the Customer Lifecycle Manager and RevOps to establish a robust Customer demand gen funnel, from Lead through to Opportunity and Closed:Won.
- Sharing results and recommendations for scaling successful programs.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience in marketing at a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech company
- Deep industry knowledge of cutting edge demand generation methods, specifically with a growth-oriented mindset and experience marketing to an existing customer base in some capacity.
- Natural leader and independent thinker with a proactive mentality - unafraid to bring new ideas to the table and present an executive summary of a project to your stakeholders
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and RevOps teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience partnering with Sales reps that understands and supports sales drivers; MQL to SQL, pipeline growth and management, regional events, and outbound plays.
- A demonstrable track record of achieving growth through your marketing programs, campaigns & activities.
