Description:
Are you an enthusiastic individual eager to dive into the multifaceted world of User Experience? Join our Internship Program and gain hands-on experience across the full UX spectrum, from research to design and operations. You'll work alongside seasoned UX, product, and engineering professionals, learning and applying UX best practices and methodologies.
As our UX Generalist Intern, you'll contribute to various aspects of the UX process.
You will:
- Be embedded in a product squad: Assist and support a squad’s UX Researcher or Product Designer, who will assign you various related tasks and initiatives.
- Dive into User Research: Assist in conducting user research studies, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing. You'll also play a vital role in analyzing and documenting research findings, transforming raw data into actionable insights through clear and intuitive documentation (tagging, summaries, reports).
- Contribute to Design: Collaborate with Product Designers to translate user insights and technical requirements into seamless, user-centered experiences. You'll participate in design discussions, contribute to wireframing and prototyping, document components and patterns and help us with Go-to-market visuals.
- Enhance UX Operations: Allocate part of your time to support our in-house UX team by streamlining processes, creating and maintaining documentation (templates, playbooks, best practices), and contributing to the organization of UX assets. You'll help build a robust foundation for our UX operations.
- Use your Bynder knowledge to work on an end-to-end project: After taking a closer look at our research repository and contributing to our roadmaps and operations, you’ll have enough knowledge to formulate an end-to-end project on your own, that may work for your academic goals.
By the end of this program, you'll have a solid understanding of how B2B SaaS scale-ups go about fast-moving UX; our core principles, guidelines and ways of working. Should you need it, you’ll be able to allocate time to your academic endeavours, as towards the final months of your internship you’ll have enough knowledge of our product and our customers that you’ll be able to formulate your own end-to-end project. You’ll be able to diversify your portfolio showcasing skills across research, design, and operations, and valuable connections within our team and leadership. This internship offers a unique opportunity to experience the breadth of UX within a dynamic (meaning messy, fast-moving yet fascinating) product environment.
