About the Role: 

Come Ride With Us as our Manager, S&OP Strategy and Transformation at Cannondale's factory of the future in Almelo. As our Manager, S&OP Strategy and Transformation, you are the kind of person who turns strategy into action and brings clarity where others see complexity. In this high-impact role, you’ll report into the Global Director of S&OP and work closely with the leadership team to drive organization-wide initiatives that align demand planning, supply planning, and commercial operations. Your strength in executive engagement, change leadership, and continuous improvement makes you essential, not just to keeping projects moving, but to ensuring our strategic vision becomes real, measurable impact across the business.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Oversee strategic projects across S&OP: demand planning, supply planning, purchasing and production & outsourcing
  • Act as a sparring partner in executive-level discussions
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects in a continuous effort to improve ways of working and translate strategic initiatives to impact
  • Provide executive-level reporting and risk mitigation
  • Drive transformation, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with EPMO team to ensure proper governance of projects and processes
  • Work collaboratively with the Leadership team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A master’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or related
  • 5+ years of project management or consultancy experience in similar industry
  • Deep understanding of S&OP and cross-functional dynamics, or strong affinity 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Presenting is one of your standout strengths
  • A PMP certification is a plus
