Job Summary: 

PV Manager Role Overview:   

The PV Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Peak Energy’s Indonesia technical matter. The key person participate in the team from the early stages of development, advise the development team on the constructive aspects of the project and on-field technical advisor for project under acquisition. PV Manager will be instrumental in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of the multiple renewable energy project.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field. 
• Proven experiences in project development and project management in Indonesia.
• Demonstrated success in building at least 10 MW of renewable energy projects (at portfolio).  
• Strong technical background and knowledge of engineering principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Project management expertise and proficiency in project management tools.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
• Innovative mindset with the ability to drive change and foster innovation.
