Store Manager(Shanghai)
Job description:
1. Store Sales Performance:
- Lead team to achieve the sales performance target set by the company;
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure that the team provides high-quality customer service;
- Handle conflicts properly in cases of customer complaints, customer service and after-sales services;
2. Store Image
- Master product knowledge;
- Ensure visual merchandise in the store strictly comply with company requirements and standards;
3. Store Operation:
- Supervise the inventory and replenishment the products;
- Responsible for store product loss management;
- Responsible for the maintenance of various equipment in the store;
- Supervise the stock and other administrative matters;
4. Team Management:
- Responsible for team management, motivate and lead the team to perform beyond expectations;
- Responsible for rota arrangements, daily sales target and vacation/leave arrangements as required;
- Responsible for staff training.
Requirements:
1. 5-10 years in retail stores of retail fashion brands, including at least 3 years as store manager;
2. Strong understanding and communication ability; English is preferred;
3. Rich experience in team management, customer management, products management, etc.
4. Strong team leadership, excellent communication skills and teamwork skills;
5. Able to withstand a certain degree of work intensity and work pressure;
6. Be willing to grow with the brand and high acceptance of inter-store transfer arrangement is preferred;
7. Strong interest and passion for fashion brands.
