Job Description

Operation

Assist and handle marketplace (Kakao Gift) order shipments regularly to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels and resolve shipping issues by coordinating with warehouse and production teams.
Update marketplace product listings, ensuring data accuracy and high-quality localized content.
Execute price changes and promotion setups as directed.
Monitor and follow up on all after-sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather data for weekly/monthly reports, including product performance and conversion analysis.

Marketing

Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Create and localize on-brand content for product and ad creatives.
Communicating with the Korean Marketplace, external agencies, designers, and internal teams.

Requirement

Bachelor in e-commerce / operation / business or related disciplines.
Business-level proficiency in written and spoken Korean is a must. Exposure to Korean marketing practices is a plus.
Excellent command of written, English and Chinese.
At least 1 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or marketing.
Proficiency in analyzing metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Strong attention to detail with an eager-to-learn attitude. Excellent reporting and communication skills.
