About the team/role
Are you ready to take your partner marketing skills to the next level? Join our dynamic Checkr’s Marketing team to shape our partner marketing strategy and lead execution. Your role will drive revenue growth via joint marketing efforts with existing and new partners in our ecosystem.
This role will require working closely with partner, marketing, and sales teams to implement campaign plans with strategic partners. The ideal candidate has solid experience in partner marketing programs and an intuitive understanding of demand generation and product marketing fundamentals.

What you’ll do
- Strategy: Create strategies to fuel growth across partner ecosystem, inform partner prioritization and develop joint marketing plans to drive product sign-ups and revenue
- Execution: Own campaign execution together with partners (i.e. email, webinars, events, in-product activations, paid social, etc.) and identify the budget and resources required
- Messaging: Craft compelling copy used in co-marketing programs in collaboration with partners, product marketing and content team
- Innovation: Identify and pilot new initiatives with partners using marketing development funds to maximize revenue and increase sign-ups
- Stakeholders: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate partners into the Go-To-Market strategy and campaigns
- Analytics: Measure performance and conduct analysis to assess and communicate the performance of co-marketing activities identifying areas for improvement
What you bring
- 6+ years of experience in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space, preferably focused on SMB and Mid-Market segments
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful partner marketing programs and building win-win relationships with partners
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple projects
- Courage to take the initiative, pilot and evaluate new program types
- Deep understanding of the customer journey through and with a partners
- Cross-functional leadership and experience driving alignment across different teams
- Hands-on experience with GTM & digital marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The base salary range for this role is $124,766 to $146,784 in Denver, Colorado.
