About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced People Analytics Lead to shape and drive our people data strategy. As a strategic partner to leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience, optimize performance, and drive organizational growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the People Analytics Lead, you will take ownership of the people analytics function, building and refining our data strategy to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with business goals. You’ll manage a team of analysts and collaborate with HR, People Operations, and leadership to deliver data that drives critical decision-making in areas such as employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
You’ll work closely with your team to develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and data models that provide a real-time view of key HR metrics. Your ability to extract insights from large datasets will be central to identifying trends, diagnosing problems, and offering data-driven recommendations that support our people strategy.
In addition to deep-dive analysis, you will lead initiatives to optimize our people analytics framework, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and integration with broader business systems. Partnering with stakeholders across the company, you'll ensure that data informs every aspect of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance, retention and development.
As a leader in the team, you’ll not only provide insights but will also influence how we use data across the business to enhance decision-making and improve people-related outcomes. Whether you're presenting to senior leadership or guiding your team through the build out of more advanced predictive models, your expertise will be key to shaping the people teams roadmap.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on people analytics or HR-related data.
- Proven leadership experience in managing data teams and delivering business impact through data insights.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mode) to create actionable dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and performance management processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with statistical analysis tools.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
Nice to Have:
