Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities are rotated frequently to provide an opportunity for a successful candidate to gain a broad oversight of all general ledger accounting activities:

  • Prepare daily cash report and resolve appropriate accounting treatment of expenditures.
  • Prepare payments and lead weekly payment runs.
  • Own Accounts Payable inbox and review, analyze, and respond to queries.
  • Handle vendor requests, Purchase Orders, and bills in the Accounts Payable system.
  • Perform month-end close activities: Account Reconciliation, Journal entries, and Accruals, and perform analysis to ensure accurate coding.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to extract details requested and provide accurate support.
  • Project work related to changes and implementations.
  • Provide assistance to the Fixed Assets monthly process.
  • Address appropriate customer concerns and issues.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
  • 0 – 1 years of accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of General Accounting Principles.
  • Experience with NetSuite, or similar ERP.

US Pay Range

$54,400 - $149,730 USD
