General Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Intern provides support for the Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams within a
worldwide industry leading technology company. This role is responsible for assisting in recruiting and onboarding
of new colleagues, as well as posting positions and reviewing applications within the applicant tracking system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams, with a high attention to detail
• Posts open positions to job boards
• Reviews potential candidates and conducts phone interviews
• Sources candidates via LinkedIn
• Schedules interviews with hiring managers
• Gathers feedback from managers on candidates
• Collaborates with various departments for recruiting and onboarding initiatives
• Assists with recruiting projects

- Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with limited supervision
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise
organization
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to balance and prioritize a multitude of request and initiatives
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Requires limited knowledge of operations procedures and tools
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related field
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid in Tampa
