General Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans concepts by studying information and materials
- Generate storyboarding graphics and multimedia content
- Supporting graphic and multimedia design projects for all areas of
- Work as a part of a creative team to drive the visual style of the training assets
- Create modern, cutting-edge graphic design, including visual elements and animations
- Assist with maintaining the graphic and multimedia library
- Support other graphic and multimedia needs as required
- Additional duties as assigned by their manager
- Interacts with other departments and agencies to achieve assigned goals
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of design principles, primary focus on layout and composition, as well as typography, color, balance, and current design trends
- Digital project portfolio of work demonstrating principles above
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (PowerPoint a plus)
- UI/UX and responsive web design experience a plus
- Ability to function as a contributing team member and interact positively and openly with peers and other departments and able to assist other Designers with their job load
- Takes initiative in understanding company goals and how they relate to the design and creative team
- Ability to create original and inventive design solutions for different objectives and purposes
- Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
- Aptitude to work constructively under stress in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to learn, take direction and handle critiques
- Outgoing/self-starter personality
- Good written and oral communication skills
