About the Role

We are seeking a Designer to join our dynamic Creative Team, specializing in high-impact visual storytelling for our clients—primarily in the automotive industry. This role blends strong design fundamentals with strategic thinking to produce compelling creative assets across digital, print, and motion graphics.

As part of our fast-paced, high-volume creative environment, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content teams to develop visually engaging, brand-aligned assets that support business goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer passionate about leveraging AI-driven insights to create scalable, data-informed visual content.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Creative Concepting & Execution: Develop innovative, high-quality visual assets across multiple formats, including social media, digital advertising, email marketing, motion graphics, and branded collateral.
  • Brand Identity & Design Systems: Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all internal and client-facing materials.
  • AI-Driven Content Optimization: Utilize AI-powered tools and automation workflows to streamline the design process and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling creative solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, iterative environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Mentorship & Art Direction: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance creative culture.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay at the forefront of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, proactively integrating them into creative workflows.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design within an agency, in-house creative team, or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, motion graphics, and multi-channel marketing assets (portfolio link required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD) and familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop creative solutions that align with business and marketing objectives.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven design tools and automation workflows is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to articulate design rationale effectively.
  • Experience in the automotive, healthcare, or finance industries is a plus.

Compensation

The total compensation package includes base salary, equity options, and benefits. Compensation details will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.

New York Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
