About the Opportunity 

Contentful is growing! We are in the search of an Associate IT Specialist who will provide on-site technical support for our Denver office and global employees alike. While a few folks have PCs, we are predominantly an Apple environment. This role will provide assistance with various Apple products - deploying, troubleshooting, and providing preventative maintenance of workstations and related software/hardware. In addition, this position is expected to provide a high level of customer service while being able to resolve issues in a timely manner via multiple intake methods.

What to expect? 

  • Full time - In person presence for our Denver office is required
  • 2nd level support for IT related topics i.e. user hardware support, password resets, access requests
  • Support for different IT systems such as video conferencing (Zoom), printers (Konica Minolta), Networking equipment (Meraki)
  • Solving ticket requests as well as partnering with teams to solve complex issues (Jira ServiceDesk)
  • AV Support for events utilizing audio/video equipment (Crestron, Zoom)
  • Hardware preparation and shipping, inventory management, and maintenance (Apple, Lenovo, Logitech)
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding (bi-weekly employee onboarding sessions)
  • Training non-technical users on tools such as Atlassian, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Okta, 1Password

What you need to be successful? 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technology support related role
  • Apple and Windows experience
  • Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks
  • Know your way around AV technology; Projectors, screens and cabling
  • SaaS knowledge
  • AI Tooling knowledge (ChatGPT, Gemini, Glean)
  • Creative and motivated, going above and beyond to find solutions for users
  • Attention to detail with a problem-solving approach, driven to continually improve internal processes/documentation
  • Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, in person and remote settings

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: $80,000 - $94,000
[This position is eligible for equity awards in accordance with the terms of Contentful’s equity plans.]
