Summary: The Data Warehouse Architect is responsible for the overall architecture, design, development, and maintenance of data warehousing and data mart systems across the enterprise. This role works strategically with customers to optimize data processes, promote strategic IT use, and empower workforce competitiveness. The architect ensures compatibility and integration across multi-vendor platforms and maintains system coherence between front-end and back-end processes, supporting the enterprise's business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop data warehousing and data mart systems for the enterprise.
• Collaborate strategically with business units to identify data opportunities and enhance processes.
• Establish and maintain enterprise-wide data warehouse standards for integration and compatibility.
• Ensure system coherency between desktop/client environments and backend processing functions.
• Provide leadership, vision, and direction for data warehouse systems aligned with business objectives.
• Frequently report to senior management, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing large cross-functional teams and projects.
• Strong background in strategic planning and development of integrated relational database systems.
• Ability to influence senior management and key stakeholders effectively.
