Sr. Marketing and Sales Analyst

The Job
As a Senior Marketing & Sales Analyst, you will be Core Scientific’s go-to expert for insights and analytics across marketing, sales, and business operations. By harnessing performance data, monitoring key initiatives, and identifying opportunities for growth, you’ll directly influence decision-making and strategic planning. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver actionable insights to optimize campaigns, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful analyses that uncover trends, identify opportunities, and shape our go-to-market strategies.
- Create seamless dashboards and regular reports to monitor marketing and sales performance, funnel management, and ROI.
- Design precise targeting strategies by segmenting customer and prospect databases, enabling more effective outreach and sales efforts.
- Partner with the marketing and sales teams to refine the sales funnel, improve CRM usage (Salesforce), and track KPIs that matter
- Work with teams across finance, IT, operations, and customer service to align data insights with broader company objectives.
- Deliver executive-ready insights through custom reports and presentations for investors, board members, and senior leadership.
- Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team, with co-workers/ teammates, and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field of study
- 7+ years of relevant professional work experience with demonstrated growth
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for creating impactful presentations.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal/relationship building) skills.
- Ability to develop, cultivate, and maintain excellent relationships within and external to the Company

In-office role based in Austin, TX
Travel
Occasional travel may be required.

This job operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift to 20 pounds.
Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, onsite position. General hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. some nights and weekends may be required.
