Contracts Manager
Copper River Shared Services is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts supporting construction, cybersecurity, and IT programs. You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership and program teams, ensuring contracts run smoothly, risks are managed, and compliance is maintained—across both 8(a) and non-8(a) portfolios.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Support cradle-to-grave administration of government and commercial goods and services contracts.

Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, consulting agreements and reseller agreements.

Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, SCA, 8(a) program requirements, and other federal regulations.

Partner cross-functionally with program, finance, business development, and legal teams to drive alignment and accountability.

Review solicitations, RFPs, and data calls for accuracy and compliance.

Monitor performance, assess risks, and recommend solutions.

Input and maintain accurate records in Deltek Costpoint Contracts module
Essential Job Requirements:
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
Experience:
-
5-7 years of experience in contract management with at least 3 years in federal contracting.

Experience supporting construction, cybersecurity, and IT programs.

Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint.

Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SCA, and federal small business programs (including 8(a)).
