As a Program Director at Critical Mass, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the way we work, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving efficiency across teams and agencies. You’ll be the strategic glue between disciplines, balancing agency needs while championing process improvements and fostering collaboration. You Will:

  • Establish clear processes for scope changes, including upsizing, swaps, and incremental scope management
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and ownership levels for project approaches, ensuring alignment across teams
  • Lead and facilitate project scope conversations, bringing together inputs from multiple disciplines to create a holistic approach
  • Act as an agency-agnostic voice to ensure project timelines are used effectively across all disciplines
  • Oversee IAT (Integrated Agency Team) forecasting, workload stacking, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
  • Develop and maintain an IAT process improvement roadmap, driving collaboration and continuous optimization
  • Set governance standards and ensure adherence to established processes across all lines of business (LOBs)
  • Serve as a point of escalation for process feedback, ensuring balance and alignment between different agency focuses

You Have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations within a digital marketing agency, with a focus on integrated advertising campaigns, performance marketing, and media
  • Proven experience working within an Integrated Agency Team (IAT), driving collaboration and ensuring alignment across multiple agencies and disciplines.
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills to guide teams and lead conversations around scope, schedule, budget, roadmaps, and strategies
  • Proven ability to manage resource forecasting, workload balancing, and optimizing work streams across multiple agencies
  • A strategic mindset with a track record of developing and implementing scalable processes that improve efficiency and collaboration
  • Experience managing cross-functional partnerships and navigating complex agency and leadership relationships
  • Proficiency with office and project management tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Smartsheets, Keynote, Box, Jira, and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to balance diverse agency needs and drive alignment across teams
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach, continuously pushing for process improvements and operational excellence
