Design Associate

Title: Design Associate, Cloudkitchens - Indonesia

At Cloudkitchens, we're dedicated to creating commercial kitchens designed specifically for food delivery. We present a low-risk, minimal upfront investment, and substantial potential for growth, providing a golden opportunity for small to medium-sized F&B operators to initiate and expand their culinary ventures, be it a restaurant or a flourishing food delivery enterprise, while simultaneously collaborating with enterprises to transform their restaurant businesses into more integral parts of everyday life through our innovative cloud kitchens model.

 

What you’ll do

 

• Draw Testfit & Schematic Design.
• Develop an Interior Design scheme.
• Technical detail development (interior & exterior components).
• Research local codes and standards and address compliance in early design phases.
• Coordinate test fits and schematic plans with MEP/FP and Structural engineering strategies.
• QA/QC of internal drawing packages.
• Assist with consultant coordination process and review of milestone deliverables.

  

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years relevant experience as a designer with a strong background in interiors/hospitality/F&B and/or renovation / adaptive reuse.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior design, or related fields.
• Experienced with all project phases.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites.
• Strong space-planning ability.
• Strong ability in architectural representation, drafting, and detail development.
• Detail obsession, able to go deep on tasks as needed, execute & perform duties with accuracy, raise attention to potential issues & communicate relevant information to all parties.
• Ability to multitask plan development for multiple projects with short timelines.
• Ability to coordinate architectural and engineering systems cohesively.
