Accounts Payable Associate, CloudKitchens - Makati City

What you’ll do

• Assist in reviewing and processing accounts payable transactions accurately and on time
• Help reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice-related inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
• Support month-end close processes related to accounts payable
• Maintain accurate records and generate basic reports on AP activities

 

What we’re looking for

• Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field – or up to 6 months of relevant experience (including internships)
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic Excel skills and willingness to learn financial systems
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in learning and growing within the finance function
