Sales Operations Analyst, CloudKitchens - Bogotá

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the RevOps team to implement new processes and tools aimed at enhancing team performance and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales process and Tool Stack (currently composed of but not limited to: Salesforce, RevenueIO, LeanData, etc.) to propose and implement solutions to common problems.
- Handle basic admin functions of the Sales Tool Stack, such as user maintenance, reports, dashboards, and minor developments.
- Solve ServiceDesk Tickets on Jira / Slack.
- Be an active member of enablement, guiding sales reps through the system and processes when needed.
- Identify, propose, and implement opportunities for improvement in the sales, support, or RevOps processes.
- Assist the Enablement team with full documentation to train on new features.
What we’re looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration or related roles.
- English B2+/C1
- Has great communication and strong problem solving skills.
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of improving processes and bringing efficiency
