Business Operations Associate, CloudKitchens - Sao Paulo

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain operations analytics financial reports to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the operational leaders.
• Work with business leaders on implementation of operational activities as needed with some oversight. Ensure that all operational activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards. Design and maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations, continuously improving and polishing these to perfection
• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, project viability, and business valuations.
• Support the annual budgeting process and perform ongoing monitoring to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure business success.
• Perform data audits to maintain up-to-date and reliable financial information.
• Manage customer-related processes such as payment applications, account reconciliations, and coordination with external parties as needed.
• Assist with additional activities within Finance Operations as required.

 

What we’re looking for

• 1 - 3 years of experience in related roles
• English  B2+/C1
• Proficient at excel or Google Sheet data bases
• Great communication skills
