What you’ll do

• Continually onboard, coach, and develop a happy, high-performing team of hourly staff that run the facilities and execute the order fulfillment process
  
  
• Review and report KPI metrics to facility management and processing team; contribute to goal setting and planning
  
  
• Work with the Property Manager to ensure work around the facility is completed on an appropriate timeline, stepping in to address critical issues
  
  
• Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees, including calling OFOS on behalf of the licensees
  
  
• Work with Facility Operations Managers and team members to ensure licensees are ready for big orders, launches, and spikes in business
  
  
• Fill in shifts during call-outs and act as general staffing support
  
  
• Manage Zendesk tickets from open to close, including troubleshooting processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues
  
  
• Review daily inventories and place replenishment orders when needed; perform storage and common area audits
