What you’ll do

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate for a 6-month fixed-term role, open to fresh graduates. The role supports daily AR operations, handles inquiries within SLAs, assists with reporting, and maintains accurate documentation while ensuring KPI and compliance standards are met.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage daily operations and ensure KPIs and compliance standards are consistently met.
• Fulfill basic reporting needs by accurately extracting and organizing data from internal sources.
• Act as a go-to contact for questions related to internal programs and policies; escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for processes, policies, and internal FAQs.
• Partner with teams to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Take ownership of additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

What we’re looking for

• Open to fresh graduates.
• Bachelor’s degree in any Accounting-related course.
• Exposure to a high-growth international tech environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data tools like Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, basic reporting functions).
• Ability to manage documentation and provide internal support with a customer-focused mindset.
