People Systems Analyst (fixed-term full-time; French & English required)

Dataiku is seeking a talented and motivated People Systems Analyst to join our People System team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organization with systems-related inquiries and enhancements, as well as leading small projects in collaboration with our People team. This role works very closely with all levels of the company and must have prior hands-on configuration experience in Workday.

This role is based in the UK or France and is 100% remote, with the option to work at any of our local offices across Europe. It requires a candidate who is fluent in French.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for People System-related inquiries

  • Manage day-to-day activities in our ticketing system by responding to tickets, resolving tickets, and reporting on metrics and trends in tickets

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions

  • Assist in the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday

  • Configure, test, validate, and implement changes in Workday

  • Create and maintain the documentation of procedures and processes; develop user guides as needed

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including business processes, security, and general system administration

  • Expertise in at least two additional Workday functional areas: Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Reporting, Talent & Performance, and Integrations

  • Possess a solid understanding of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Workday certifications

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS

  • Experience working in a global organization
