We are seeking a highly strategic, experienced, and results-oriented Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead our rapidly expanding sales operations in KSA (Riyadh). This is a critical leadership role where you will be instrumental in driving top-line revenue, acquiring new enterprise logos, and ensuring our existing clients maximize their value from Dataiku.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, coach, lead, and enable a high-performing team of Account Executives. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and success.
- Revenue Generation & New Logos: Drive top-line revenue for the region, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new enterprise customers. Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds annual quotas.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the region, expanding Dataiku's footprint across key industries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with leaders across pre-sales, marketing, product management, customer success, and data science to ensure seamless execution, deliver comprehensive solutions, and drive maximum customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with senior technology and business executives at target accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee pipeline management, demand generation, and sales forecasting for the region.
- Market Intelligence: Stay deeply informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to proactively adapt strategies and identify competitive advantages.
- Customer Success: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction, drive upsell opportunities, and maintain our exceptional retention rates.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Sales Leadership: A strong track record of leading and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Software Sales Background: Extensive experience in enterprise software sales, ideally with a background in data management, analytics, AI, machine learning, or business intelligence solutions.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective regional sales strategies in a dynamic market.
- People Leader: Demonstrated success in recruiting, coaching, motivating, and retaining top sales talent.
- New Business Acumen: Strong understanding and proven success in driving net new business acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Acumen: Experience collaborating effectively with various internal departments to achieve shared goals.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is required.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed across the region to meet with clients and support the team.
