Marketing Intern (Japanese native required)

You will work alongside Japan's Field Marketing team to help grow Dataiku's business in Japan. This team executes high-quality B2B marketing tactics, offering a valuable opportunity for those seeking a career in the IT/Tech industry as a marketer.
This position is based in our Tokyo office, with no remote work permitted. While business travel is generally not required, occasional accompaniment to events within Tokyo's 23 wards may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Tracking & Analysis:
- Assist in tracking marketing programs and analyzing performance throughout the complete marketing life cycle, from awareness generation to sales influence.
- Campaign & Technical Support:
- Manage technical aspects of marketing campaigns, including website updates, landing page creation, campaign tracking, and social media postings.
- Event Support:
- Contribute to campaigns for Dataiku’s annual conference, proprietary seminars and workshops, as well as third-party conferences.
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support marketing campaign activities as needed.
- Creative Innovation:
- Identify opportunities for continuous marketing innovation, including contributing to the company's podcast projects.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
- Native Japanese speaker with advanced English proficiency, particularly strong in written communication.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Docs and Spreadsheets), with strong familiarity in handling data using Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Motivation:
- Motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative.
- Attention to Detail:
- Demonstrates a high level of thoroughness and reliability in completing tasks.
- Design Awareness:
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Organizational Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have:
