
Industry Content Expert

Mission Description
Dataiku today supports 700+ organizations on their AI journey. While our portfolio of customers covers the full span of industries and domains, patterns have emerged, showing particular appetite for our technology within specific industries and domains. We aim to amplify these motions, bring more focus to high priority market segments, and boost Dataiku’s attractiveness through deep industry and domain understanding combined with platform-embedded solutions to accelerate relevance and value.
As part of its development acceleration, Dataiku is looking for an Industry Content Expert to reinforce Dataiku’s Business Solutions team. The Industry Content Experts will be in charge of
- Support the development of our industry/domain strategic vision through research, insights collection, structuring and sharing of the right analytics and reports.
- Driving content strategy for our industries and solutions assets in strong collaboration with Industry Experts, Account teams and Marketing team.
- Leading transversal projects within the team to support the scale of the Business Solutions team and align with all other teams.
This role reports to one of the Industry Solutions Directors and, manages an apprenticeship program, and works cross-functionally with different field-facing teams (AEs, SEs, BDRs, CS, SEs, Marketing, Product …).
How you’ll make an impact :
- Support the development of our industry/domain strategic vision and drive the resulting content strategy for our industries and solutions assets in strong collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and Marketing team
Conduct comprehensive research & analysis and summarize key information on industry dynamics, challenges, AI maturity, common AI use cases, and other dimensions relevant to AI
Create relevant materials for our go-to-market teams (BDR, Sales, SE,…) to develop our vision of how Dataiku can help companies solve their industry challenges thanks to Data & AI
Create relevant materials to foster the use of Dataiku solutions as powerful accelerators for business outcomes
Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure the timely release of blog posts, web content, and a curated library of assets highlighting our industries and solutions.
- Lead transversal projects within the team
Define, build, and run transversal projects to scale the impact of the Business Solutions Team (ie. proactively launch new assets/processes/tools to help the team be more efficient)
Own and/or contribute to cross-industries projects to support the growth of the Business solutions team.
Your missions will be run in tight partnership with teams across the company, including sales, marketing, customer, services, product management, and technical alliances. Such collaboration requires strong diplomatic skills and the ability to lead small cross-functional project teams.

What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience leading strategy research, content strategy, development, and execution in a business or technology-focused environment
- Strong communication, storytelling, and writing skills, with a proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives (slides, blog posts, go-to-market assets..).
- Must have a technical mindset - You are excited to get into Data & AI and understand how it works, so you can explain it to others and teach them about its benefits. You can demonstrate this mindset through prior experience or examples.
- Strong appetite for understanding a variety of business processes (internal and external) across several industries and for continuously bridging the gap between business needs and technical answer
- Very organized, strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in working closely with diverse teams and seniority levels.
