THE ROLE
We’re hiring a social-first Creative Director who defines the way brands exist on social media. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader driving high-concept, brand-defining creative within always-on organic social accounts. This person is expected to set the bar for creative excellence through their leadership and their hands-on creative execution. They coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams on high-complexity, social-first work, leveraging deep expertise in platforms and culture to drive measurable results and shape audience behavior.
This role demands a bold point-of-view, deep cultural fluency, and the ability to inspire a diverse team across all social and digital platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Inspire, motivate, and lead multidisciplinary creative teams to develop breakthrough concepts and world-class, social-first creative campaigns for global businesses and brands.
- Drive client presentations and workshops to translate complex business strategies into clear, actionable creative strategies and guide teams toward definitive creative outcomes.
- Build and sustain strong, trusting relationships with key client partners, exercising vision to identify proactive opportunities that result in new project work.
- Create impeccable decks that sell through ideas and present flawlessly and impactfully to all levels of stakeholders.
- Guide brands and teams as they navigate social and cultural trends, ensuring creative remains relevant and resonant.
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and growth through mentorship, collaboration, and constructive critique.
- Manage direct reports (mid to senior-level), offering feedback that builds clarity and confidence, and invest in developing emerging talent.
- Partner closely with internal Strategy and Influencer teams to shape decision-making and establish effective ways of working across disciplines.
- Implement smooth production processes and ideal ways of working, including setting clear roles and responsibilities within the team.
- Collaborate to ensure services and products always exceed the client’s expectations.
- Foresee any issues and develop timely solutions to challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to connect the team to external culture in an effort to deepen creative thinking and output.
- Understand client feedback and accurately discern what is important and actionable for the team.
- Stay informed on platform best practices, new features, and emerging platforms, maintaining a bold POV on what makes for great social-first content.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 8+ years of experience at a social or digital agency, including experience in a similar creative leadership role.
- Proven experience leading always-on social creative teams, with a background in copywriting, art direction, or social strategy.
- Experience growing and maintaining trusting relationships with key stakeholders at global brands, as well as working effectively with Community Managers and Influencer teams.
- Ability to lead internal teams with strategic vision, creative inspiration, and a diverse sense of taste.
- Proven experience and insights in hiring, mentoring, and nurturing world-class creative talent.
- A solutions-oriented and independent spirit, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Charismatic presentation skills and comfort in client settings.
- Expertise in building polished, client-ready presentations in Google Slides.
- A collaborative nature and the ability to maintain a positive, constructive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and comfort working hands-on on multiple projects at once.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $106,900– $165,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible.
