Global Marketing Operations Leader
Location: London, Palo Alto, or U.S. (Hybrid / Remote)
Role Summary
The Marketing Operations Leader will own the design and execution of DevRev’s marketing operating system, including campaign measurement, lead lifecycle management, data analysis, and martech optimization. This senior leader will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, building a best-in-class operations team while collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Finance.
You will be responsible for ensuring the marketing organization runs on clean, actionable data, with the right systems and processes in place to deliver insights that drive revenue impact. This role requires both architectural thinking and operational rigor, as well as a bias toward action in a “build as you go” environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership
- Define and lead the marketing operations roadmap to support global growth and pipeline goals
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing operations team across geographies
• Partner with senior marketing and revenue leaders to align operational frameworks to business strategy
• Establish marketing scorecards, dashboards, and OKRs to measure campaign, pipeline, and revenue impact
Data, Insights, and Reporting
- Own marketing analytics, attribution, and funnel reporting across the customer lifecycle
• Deliver clear insights into marketing performance and ROI, ensuring data drives decision-making
• Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to maintain forecasting accuracy and pipeline accountability
• Build and maintain data governance, ensuring data cleanliness and consistency across systems
Martech and Process Optimization
- Own and develop the marketing technology stack (marketing automation, CRM, ABM, analytics, demand management tools, BI) and its integration with sales systems
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to increase marketing efficiency and effectiveness
• Create and scale standardized processes for campaign planning, execution, lead routing, and measurement
• Partner with Demand Generation and Field Marketing to ensure systems support multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, finance, and product teams
• Provide operational support for demand generation, ABM, events, and campaigns
• Align processes across global regions while enabling local flexibility and agility
• Ensure seamless lead flow, handoff, and follow-up between marketing and sales
Qualifications & Experience
Must Have
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing operations and strategy roles
• Proven success building and scaling marketing operations teams in high-growth companies
• Strong expertise in marketing analytics, funnel measurement, attribution models, and scorecard development
• Hands-on experience with martech stacks including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), ABM tools, and BI platforms
• Ability to design and optimize lead lifecycle, campaign operations, and reporting frameworks
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, working with Sales Ops, Product, and Finance
• Exceptional problem-solving and data analysis skills, with a bias toward actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while building systems “in flight”
Preferred
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or developer-focused companies
• Global experience across U.S., EMEA, and APAC markets
• Background in scaling operations during rapid revenue growth stages (0–50M+ ARR)
• MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or related field
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
- Launch and scale a unified marketing scorecard tied to pipeline and revenue goals
• Build and onboard a high-performing marketing operations team across at least two geographies
• Establish clean lead lifecycle management and accurate campaign-to-revenue attribution
• Deliver operational frameworks and martech integrations that improve campaign efficiency and ROI
• Provide leadership with consistent, trusted data that informs strategic decisions
Working Conditions
This is a senior role requiring collaboration across global time zones. Some travel may be required for team alignment, leadership offsites, and major events. The role reports directly to Head of Marketing.
