Job Description:
Join our growing team. Our team is responsible for implementing and operating enterprise solutions using Salesforce integrated with other leading cloud technologies. You’ll be working on an agile scrum team that is part of a larger SAFe program. The scrum team is responsible for grooming, estimating, solutioning and building user stories that may require Lighting Web Components (LWC), Apex, OOTB components, Flow, Process Builder, etc. to implement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.)
  2. Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts
  3. Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
  4. Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand code/configuration.
  5. Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage
  6. Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system

Required Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
  3. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  4. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  5. Salesforce Certified Administrator
  6. Salesforce Certified App Builder
  7. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
  8. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

Preferred Skills:

  1. Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  2. Experience with Salesforce DX and version control systems like Git
  3. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  4. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes
  5. Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations
  6. Understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can be leveraged to improve them

REMOTE POSITIONS AND POSITIONS LISTED FOR MD, NJ, and CO: Our estimated salary range for this position is $72,000 - $130,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.
