Retail Client Lead| Price and Promotion Analyst

Dunnhumby Norge AS is a joint venture between Coop Norge Handel AS and Dunnhumby Ltd. Based on the principle of Customer First, we deliver customer insights and data-driven marketing for Coop and their suppliers. Dunnhumby Norge has 40 employees in Norway and 14 employees in India.

We are currently seeking a Price & Promotion Analyst to join our Retail Team.

Good prices and promotions are a central driver for driving customers to stores and influencing their shopping behaviour, as well as building relevant and engaging customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to further develop themselves in insights and analysis or work closely with the grocery retail industry.

Through analysis and customer insights, you will be a catalyst for driving change across chains, categories, and marketing to strengthen Coop's competitiveness. You will play a key role in driving insight and facts into some of Coop’s most critical business processes while also supporting them on the ever-evolving journey towards greater digitisation and personalisation.

At Dunnhumby, you will work in a world-leading retail data science company with expertise in customer data, category development, campaigns and pricing, customer communication, and media. You will be part of a large international network while working closely with Coop in a dynamic environment with opportunities for experimentation and learning.

You are analytical, curious, and solution-oriented, as well as a strong team player and relationship builder. You can handle complex and multifaceted issues and are a reliable advisor who builds trust.

Who are you?

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in business-related areas.
  • Desire to specialize in insights and analysis, consulting, trade, or FMCG.
  • Structured, results-oriented, and responsible.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to project manage small to medium-sized projects.
  • Curious and willing to challenge established truths.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English with good written skills.
