Diligent is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to rebuild our GTM systems and processes in an AI-first way to lay a scalable foundation for growth across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. We are looking for a strategic builder who can design, connect and optimize a well-oiled, intelligent revenue machine. You have the vision to design what a next-generation, AI-powered GTM motion looks like and the technical-mindedness to define requirements, roll up your sleeves and build. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure the foundational processes and systems are aligned with our operational goals and business objectives. This is a critical role in scaling our GTM operations, improving team performance, and supporting our growth trajectory.  

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Owning Salesforce Ecosystem: Lead its evolution, configuration, integration, and process development. Design and optimize a best-in-class suite of GTM tools that integrate flawlessly with Salesforce and with each other. Build scalable, intuitive, and high-performance workflows across our entire GTM organization
  • Build an Intelligent GTM Leveraging AI: Identify, evaluate, and pilot AI-driven workflows and tools within our GTM tech stack. Your efforts will directly improve sales productivity, surface predictive insights, automate routine tasks, equip our GTM teams with real-time insights
  • Integrate, Innovate and Automate System and Workflows: Constantly seek out opportunities to integrate GTM systems, streamline commercial processes and automate commercial workflows across the customer lifecycle. You will be expected to reduce friction for our Commercial teams, allowing them to focus on high-value activities
  • Manage System Roadmaps: You'll own and drive the GTM systems requirements and roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, streamlining stakeholder requests, and ensuring timely delivery of features that improve user experience and deliver tangible business value
  • Optimize Vendor Relationships: You'll manage relationships with vendors for Salesforce and our core GTM tools, ensuring our systems are lean, cost-effective, and strategically aligned
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Governance: Develop and enforce policies to ensure data quality and integrity across Salesforce and other key tools. Ensure compliance with data governance standards.  

Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: in Revenue or Sales Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role—ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, with a strong focus on AI, system integration and technology management
  • Deep AI & GTM Tech Stack Expertise: You are a power user of Salesforce and possess a strong, opinionated view on the modern GTM technology landscape. You have hands-on experience implementing and optimizing AI-driven tools for conversation intelligence, predictive forecasting, and workflow automation. You possess a strong understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, with practical experience or a clear vision for how AI can be applied to optimize GTM processes, enhance productivity, and improve customer insights
  • Builder Mentality: You're resourceful, detail-oriented, and energized by the opportunity to build scalable systems from a strong, evolving foundation
  • An Engineering and Systems Mindset: You are a strategic thinker with a bias for execution. You naturally gravitate towards systems-thinking, automation, and applying engineering principles to solve operational challenges and ensure data integrity across platforms
  • Data-First and Analytically Rigorous: You have a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake) and a fundamental understanding of data warehousing concepts is essential
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, Analytics) to ensure alignment and successful execution of GTM operations
  • Process Optimization: Strong understanding of business process optimization and automation, with experience redesigning and scaling processes to meet the needs of a growing organization
  • Data and Systems Governance: Deep knowledge of data integrity, CRM system governance, and best practices for managing data across multiple platforms. Experience implementing and enforcing data standards
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate across departments, manage teams and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to proactively communicate complex topics to diverse audiences
  • Adaptability & Execution: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, managing multiple priorities and executing efficiently to achieve business goals

U.S pay range

$151,000 - $225,000 USD
