About this Opportunity:
- Location: The Hamilton at Grand Plaza, 835 West Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18101
- Compensation: Starting at $60,000.00, depending on experience, with monthly and quarterly bonus potential.
- Position Type: Full-time
What we are looking for in a Community Manager
- 2–4+ years of property management experience, preferably with stabilized communities.
- Strong track record in resident retention, occupancy growth, and financial performance.
- Experience with AppFolio or comparable property management systems.
- Solid financial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration.
- Strong leasing and closing skills
- AirBnB experience a plus
What you will do as a Community Manager:
- Oversee all daily operations of the property, including leasing, resident services, facilities, and compliance.
- Ensure high resident satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, engagement, and service excellence.
- Manage occupancy levels and rental income, driving the property to meet and exceed pro forma and budgeted expectations.
- Provide timely reporting and updates on occupancy, financials, and performance metrics to ownership and stakeholders.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute outreach strategies that maintain strong demand.
- Lead, train, and motivate onsite teams to deliver best-in-class service and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor property conditions, coordinate maintenance and capital improvements, and ensure curb appeal is consistently excellent.
- Uphold compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
