Position Overview

We’re looking for a Branded Content Producer who will be at the forefront of creating high-impact, sponsor-driven content that excites our global fanbase while delivering measurable results for brand partners. This role blends creativity, production expertise, and client management - from concept to final delivery - ensuring every integration feels seamless, authentic, and unmistakably Dude Perfect.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal creative leaders, sponsors, and production teams to develop content that stands out in the creator economy, drives audience engagement, and meets the highest standards of execution. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and understands how to merge sponsor objectives with content that feels organic to the channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Brand Officer and Chief Content Officer to execute branded content strategy
• Lead the ideation, development, and production of branded videos that authentically integrate sponsor goals with Dude Perfect’s brand and audience
• Manage in-house and freelance production staff through all stages of production, including hiring and onboarding freelance crew when needed
• Work alongside channel leads, and the in-house creative team to ensure each integration meets the standards for their respective channels 
• Maintain production timelines, ensuring commercial and creative schedules are aligned
• Assign and oversee production tasks for the branded production team
• Track production budgets and ensure spending aligns with approved allocations
• Coordinate all logistics, including securing locations and managing travel arrangements
• Deliver sponsor feedback and brand notes in line with production deadlines
• Partner with marketing and media teams to align branded content with paid amplification strategies
• Define, track, and report on performance KPIs—including conversions, community growth, and audience retention—for all branded content
• Stay ahead of creator economy trends, emerging platforms, and new content formats, integrating them into future campaigns
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years producing branded content for digital creators, media companies, or agencies
• Strong understanding of YouTube, brand partnerships, and content integrations
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools
• Experience managing budgets and production resources
• Expert understanding of production processes and timelines
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Work Environment 

• This position is located onsite at the Dude Perfect HQ in Frisco, Texas and will require some travel
