We are looking for a Quantitative Senior Research Lead who expects more from their career. 

You will take responsibility for all elements of the research process to deliver innovative insight that combines attitudinal research findings and customer purchase data for retailers & manufacturers.

This exciting role requires someone comfortable in fast-paced working environments, with excellent project and Client management skills and a passion for impactful communication of insight that makes a difference.

There is a high degree of variety involved in the role, you will work with retailer, brands and partners. The successful candidate will be a curious, proactive individual that welcomes collaborative approaches and is not afraid to make strong recommendations that put the customer first.

What We Expect From You

  • Quantitative Research experience (familiarity with qualitative research is valuable but not crucial)
  • Strong analytical, data visualization and story-telling abilities
  • Focused and results oriented
  • Budget understanding
  • Project and Client management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship skills (internal and external clients)
  • Curiosity and a passion for making things better for the customer
  • Recognized qualification in Market Research (market research agency experience is a plus)
  • Master’s degree or equivalent; business related, economy, sociology, psychology etc.  
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Project management skills and experience (from brief to final delivery)
  • Native speaker CZ / SK
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)

Based in dh Prague office – Eden
