Golin Dallas is seeking a Senior Manager, Catalyst! You’ll be a part of big-picture strategies for systems and orchestrate cross-channel, multimedia marketing and communications campaigns that keep our clients relevant and a step ahead of their competitors.

Please note: This a hybrid role located in Dallas, TX. You will have an opportunity to collaborate in-person two to three days a week at our Dallas office while maintaining flexibility for remote work.

What You’ll Do:
- Work with senior team and media specialists to devise programs that are focused on earned media and other holistic comms efforts
- Contribute to media strategies to drive rich earned coverage
- Remain ahead of tech and B2B trends by identifying culturally relevant issues and topics and create story opportunities from real-time news events
- Work with the team to develop compelling, media-focused content, ranging from press releases and messaging documents
- Conduct research on relevant media contacts and track competitor announcements
- Recommend and track measurement KPIs for earned media and influencer efforts
- Contribute to insights and analytics efforts that tie to the business imperatives and provide media monitoring
- Prepare for and participate in and present at client meetings
- Collaborate with teams across multiple disciplines and successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challenges
- Collaborate with agency partners across multiple communication disciplines to integrate on programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, plus at least 5+ years of related experience
- Proven experience integrating teams to develop the best content marketing and media strategies to meet client needs
- A strong understanding of traditional media, digital and event marketing strategies, how to integrate campaign strategies and tactics across earned, owned and paid media and apply analytics to measure results and provide insights
- Strong interpersonal skills and superior client service skills
- Be proactive and highly motivated; demonstrate the ability and desire to work independently and confidently, but as part of a team
- Be detail oriented with an ability to focus on the larger picture
- Proven ability to provide sound counsel and be comfortable providing editorial and response recommendations to clients
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams at all levels

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations. Salary range: $70,000 - $130,000.
