Account Director, Brand Experience

The Overview:

We are looking for a highly talented Account Manager who thrives in driving the end-to-end marketing strategy. In this role, you will partner with our clients to develop marketing plans for a broad spectrum of experiential programs from virtual event activations to a suite of in-person events. This role requires a hands-on experienced individual with a good balance of audience marketing, content strategy, and collaborative competencies.

Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, detailed orientated, and a phenomenal communicator. You would describe yourself as someone who is highly collaborative, a self-starter and is comfortable taking the lead and voicing their opinions and ideas. The Fine Print:

  • Develop and execute highly effective experiential events and marketing campaigns in support of a multitude of clients
  • Strong industry vendor relationships; ability to optimally lead bids and vendor selection
  • Provide ongoing analysis on trends in the marketplace and in technology that could improve the consumer experience within the experiential space
  • Run ambassador and/or staffing teams when applicable
  • Lead creative conceptualization for events and activations; build out compelling consumer journeys and concepts
  • Lead all aspects of client activations from concept to planning, coordination, and budgets
  • Cultivate strong working relationships within all levels of client teams, the agency, external partners, and vendors, using effective communication and collaboration tools

The Needs:

  • 7+ years experience in Promotional, Experiential/Relationship Marketing; previous agency experience preferred
  • 5+ years experience in event, conferences, and activation planning, execution and management
  • Proven Project Management and Production skills and success in guiding and motivating cross-functional project teams on multiple assignments and projects
  • Expertise in articulating performance metrics, proposals, etc. and making formal presentations to clients and executives
  • Excellent budget management and reconciliation skills
  • Detailed understanding of social media and online marketing
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Agile and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Phenomenal interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for information and learning
  • Good balance between creative and analytical thinking
