Technology Innovation Lead

Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies, LLC seeks a Solution Architect/ Engineer with product development experience to support internal innovation and software product development. 

The leader hired for this role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our innovation and strategy in areas such as AI/ML and CMS application development. This role is positioned to drive cutting edge enabling technologies while working, and  become a fundamental member of the Dynamo leadership team. 

 

Duties/ Responsibilities 

  • Technical leadership of new product development and solutioning for strategic proposal efforts.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software solutions.
  • Lead the architecture and development of CMS applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
  • Utilize AI/ML technologies to innovate and enhance existing solutions.
  • Conduct system analysis and design to ensure high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
  • Ensure that solutions align with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect/Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong background in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP)
  • Extensive experience with CMS, including module development, theming, and site building.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
  • U.S Citizenship required

Nice to Have Skills

  • High-level degree or other advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Travel Requirement:

  • Occasional travel may be required

Clearance Requirement:

  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
