We're seeking a data-driven, self-starter, and customer-obsessed Lifecycle Marketing Sr. Manager to own and scale engagement strategies that drive adoption and sustained activity for our recently launched Marketplace Offers platform. Our Marketplace is uniquely focused on helping our users save on everyday expenses and get the most out of their income—critical support for people living paycheck to paycheck.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversion for EarnIn’s Marketplace.
- Design and launch campaigns that are targeted, personalized, and value-driven using owned channels (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Own the user journey for Marketplace Offers—identify friction points and opportunities to educate, motivate, and retain users.
- Partner with Product and Analytics teams to align messaging with product value propositions and customer insights.
- A/B test to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging learnings to iterate and scale.
- Use segmentation and lifecycle triggers to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of CRM experience in a marketplace environment
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and behavioral targeting.
- Proficiency with LCM tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Tableau).
- Experience launching multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, from brief to build to reporting.
- A data-first mindset—you love diving into performance metrics and using insights to optimize.
- Strong writing and communication skills; you can translate product benefits into user-centric messaging.
- Familiarity with different experimentation frameworks.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple projects.
