Country Manager - Brazil
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Country Manager for our operations in Brazil. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and growing our presence in the Brazilian market, overseeing operations in the country and reporting directly to the company's Chief Strategy Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage our local operations, team and office
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Brazilian market stakeholders
- Work closely with product teams and providers to improve product localisation for the Brazilian market, ensuring alignment with local preferences and regulations
- Analyse market trends and competitors and collaborate with the global team to align strategies and ensure consistent company goals
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure that Brazilian operations, marketing, and products meet company and country quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online gambling operations in Brazil
- Strong understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online gambling operations
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role
Location:
The selected candidate must be based in Brazil, São Paulo.
