Echodyne is seeking a Sales Enablement Content Manager to join our fast-growing team. 

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Enablement Content Manager is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on content creation and execution, focused on developing seller-ready content and enablement programs that help our sales team ramp quickly, build expertise, and sell effectively in a complex technical environment.

Working closely with the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement and subject matter experts across the business, this role will action enablement strategy, priorities and direction, translating complex technical, product, market, competitive, and business information into clear, actionable resources for the field. This role will independently own assigned content and enablement workstreams from discovery and development through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the development of seller-ready content including talk tracks, playbooks, discovery guides, field briefs, presentations, FAQs, training materials, process guidance, job aids, and other field resources.
  • Work directly with subject matter experts across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other teams to extract, synthesize, and translate complex technical, product, market, competitive, and business information into clear, actionable content.
  • Capture and operationalize institutional and tribal knowledge, transforming information that may currently live with individual experts into trusted, scalable resources that are easy for sellers to find and apply.
  • Independently manage assigned content and enablement workstreams from initial discovery and requirements gathering through development, stakeholder review, launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
  • Own assigned programs or components of broader enablement programs which may include new hire onboarding, continuous learning, product and solution readiness, sales process education, and ongoing field readiness.
  • Translate launch direction into seller-facing content and readiness resources, ensuring the field understands what is changing, why it matters, and how to apply it in customer conversations.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure seller-facing materials align with company brand, positioning, and messaging standards while independently developing the field-use content owned by Sales Enablement.
  • Interview SMEs and other stakeholders when appropriate to identify critical knowledge, clarify complex or incomplete information, and determine the most effective way to translate it for a sales audience.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, presentations, and other learning experiences when appropriate, using content and programs designed to drive practical application in the field.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the seller-facing enablement content library so sellers can quickly locate current, relevant resources and confidently understand when and how to use them.
  • Gather feedback and evaluate usage, program participation, and adoption for improving assigned content/programs.
  • Identify opportunities to make enablement content and processes more scalable, consistent, and effective, independently recommending and implementing improvements within assigned areas.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated ability to produce a high volume of polished content while managing multiple deliverables, reviews, and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong ability to learn technical concepts and translate them into practical messaging, guidance, and resources for non-technical or mixed audiences.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, synthesis, and information-organization skills, with demonstrated ability to turn complex or fragmented information into clear, concise, actionable content.
  • Experience interviewing and collaborating with subject matter experts to extract knowledge, identify what matters to the intended audience, and develop content with limited initial direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own projects or programs from discovery and definition through execution, launch, and improvement, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables..
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify gaps, ask the right questions, and determine an effective path forward.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and other technical and business teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and other content development, presentation, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience working within or creating content for a technical, enterprise, aerospace, defense, or complex B2B sales environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, content management systems, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Experience supporting seller readiness, onboarding, product or solution launches, or other go-to-market programs is a plus.
  • As part of the interview process, the candidate should be prepared to provide examples of relevant content demonstrating strong writing, technical translation, content production, or other sales enablement work..

  • Complex knowledge from technical and business experts is quickly translated into usable field content.
  • Assigned enablement programs and launches move from concept to execution with minimal oversight.
  • Content remains current, easy to find, and continuously improves based on seller feedback and usage.

WHAT WE OFFER

This is an exempt role.

The expected annual salary range for this role is

$124,733 - $187,048 USD
