eko is a technology company focused on delivering the best way to present products online.

Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually.

Our first-of-its-kind facility will open in Northwest Arkansas this summer and scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025. As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we are seeking skilled and resourceful team members who thrive in dynamic, “figure-it-out-as-we-go” environments and are eager to grow with us.

The IT Technician will report directly to the Head of IT and serve as the on-site lead for day-to-day technology operations. This person will support critical systems across robotics, camera and lighting hardware, warehouse technology, AV infrastructure, and the facility’s hybrid network environment.

    • Perform structured cabling, patch panel work, port tracing, and switch diagnostics as needed.
    • Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and escalate deeper system-level issues when needed.
  • Collaboration & Growth
  • Serve as the on-the-ground partner for cross-functional teams including studio operations, robotics, warehouse logistics, and AV integration.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support, troubleshoot, and improve warehouse and facility tech deployments.
  • Contribute to system documentation and IT processes to support a high-growth scale-up environment.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in an IT support or technician role, ideally in a warehouse, media production, or hybrid technical environment.
  • Strong macOS troubleshooting skills and general systems administration knowledge.
  • Hands-on familiarity with networking concepts and gear, including VLANs, DHCP, patching, and PoE.
  • Exposure to Fortinet, Cisco, or UniFi environments is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting AV gear, cameras, studio control surfaces, or warehouse scanning devices is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with an ownership mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Must be on-site 5 days a week in Northwest Arkansas.
