We’re looking for a Product Experience Specialist - Intern who is a tech-savvy problem solver with strong communication skills and lives to delight users. Your mission is to quickly solve user problems, capture critical insights, and help make Emergent known for world-class support. You’ll help users succeed, capture key insights, and shape our product from the front lines.

What we’re looking for
* User-First Mindset: You instinctively advocate for users, building trust and loyalty in every interaction.
* Crystal-Clear Communicator: Whether it’s a concise chat reply or detailed bug report, you communicate warmly, clearly, and precisely.
* Bias for Improvement: Constantly looking for smarter, scalable ways to improve support systems and processes.
* AI Tools Experience: You have strong technical understanding and you are comfortable with AI tools such as Emergent
* Technical Curiosity: Comfortable with modern SaaS tools, APIs, and debugging workflows at a basic level.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Other degrees are welcome if you can demonstrate strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and excellent communication skills.

Your responsibilities
* Provide Delightful Support: Solve user problems with speed, warmth, and clarity.
* Debug & Resolve (Engineers): Dive deep on technical issues and implement fixes when needed.
* Curate Insights: Spot patterns in feedback and share actionable insights.
* Improve Docs & Automation: Keep documentation fresh and help refine support automation.
* Be the Voice of the Customer: Make sure user feedback drives product direction.
