What You’ll Do

Own day-to-day SEO execution across keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO.
Conduct competitor and keyword research to uncover growth opportunities.
Optimise website content, meta tags, site structure, and internal linking to improve organic rankings and traffic.
Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to implement SEO best practices.
Support link-building and off-page SEO initiatives in coordination with vendors and agencies.
Track keyword rankings, traffic performance, and core SEO KPIs; report impact regularly.
Stay up to date with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging SEO opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of hands-on SEO execution experience.
Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
Good understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ROI-driven thinking.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally to ship SEO improvements.

Good to Have

Experience working with fast-growing startups or tech-first companies.
Familiarity with technical SEO concepts and site performance optimisation.
Curiosity to experiment, test, and iterate on SEO strategies.
