The Role: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader with a strong background in people management and a proven track record in fast-moving consumer internet companies. The successful candidate will drive engineering excellence, lead high-performing teams, and contribute to strategic decision-making to ensure the delivery of innovative products.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and product roadmaps
- Monitor and improve engineering processes and practices to enhance productivity and product quality
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-moving consumer internet company
- Strong people management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
