The Role: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader with a strong background in people management and a proven track record in fast-moving consumer internet companies. The successful candidate will drive engineering excellence, lead high-performing teams, and contribute to strategic decision-making to ensure the delivery of innovative products.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and product roadmaps
  • Monitor and improve engineering processes and practices to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-moving consumer internet company
  • Strong people management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
