Recruitment Coordinator (Contract, 6 Months)

What You'll Do:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across roles and time zones, managing calendars for interviewers and candidates with accuracy and speed
- Own candidate communications at every stage, including confirmations, updates, and feedback follow-ups
- Maintain and update our ATS (Greenhouse) with accurate pipeline data, stage movements, and interview feedback
- Partner with recruiters to post job descriptions, refresh listings, and keep sourcing pipelines active
- Track recruiting metrics and prepare regular updates on pipeline health, open roles, and interview throughput
- Coordinate offer letter generation, e-signature workflows, and pre-boarding documentation
- Support onboarding coordination for new joiners, including document collection and Day 1 readiness
- Identify and flag process bottlenecks
What We're Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support
- Hands-on experience with an ATS, Greenhouse preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional and concise in all candidate-facing interactions
- High attention to detail across scheduling, data entry, and documentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with a bias toward action
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience at a tech startup or product-driven organisation
- Exposure to sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or HeyReach
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, or similar e-signature platforms
- Experience supporting both India and international hiring pipelines
