Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our lean, high-impact team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and loves transforming data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), building board-level decks, owning commission, and providing strategic analysis to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain revenue, marketing and monthly board-level dashboards with in-depth analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Own the end-to-end commission process, including managing the commission tool, providing plans to new hires, calculating payouts, and collaborating cross-functionally for approvals while ensuring accuracy.
- Drive analysis from data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities that impact revenue performance.
- Track, measure, and report on key revenue KPIs to provide visibility into business performance.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and usability.
- Utilize Power BI and advanced Excel skills to create data visualizations, reports, and models.
- Partner with sales, finance, and leadership teams to provide strategic data insights and recommendations.
- Act as a proactive, self-starter who identifies process improvements and drives efficiencies in revenue operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar role
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into insights
- Experience with quota tool such as QuotaPath (or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for reporting and visualization
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced environment and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven excellence in multi-tasking, prioritizing projects, and meeting deadlines
- High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a SaaS, tech, or B2B sales environment
- Experience with commission structures and payout calculations
Travel Requirements:
- Minimal – only for internal sales events such as annual Sales Kickoff
