Litigation Recvoery Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role:
The Litigation Recovery Specialist’s primary responsibilities will include support for the recovery team through a wide variety of means. The role will require providing support to the team’s bankruptcy paralegals, preparing documents, occasionally testifying on behalf of Enova in litigation matters and providing oversight and guidance to outside counsel. The ideal candidate for this role is proficient in technology, detail oriented, and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and execute legal documents that will support Enova during litigious activity on accounts
- Act as a traveling and virtual witness for Enova during trials, mediations, and hearings
- Collaborating with both internal and external legal counsel to prepare for court proceedings and oversee portfolio management
- Document changes in accounts in each system of record
- Support the Recovery team in maintaining relationships with external law firms
- Manage the bankruptcy scrub process and assist the Bankruptcy paralegal as needed
- Conduct legal research and projects as assigned by the Legal Team
Requirements:
- 2 or more years in paralegal or litigation support role
- Possession of a Juris Doctorate or Paralegal Certificate are beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and experience with proprietary software or Salesforce considered advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to new challenges
Compensation:
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $46,900 to $67,900. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
