Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a passionate and innovative Lifecycle Marketing Manager who is eager to build and grow our Lifecycle Marketing team to enhance customer engagement throughout their entire journey.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Technology, Analytics, Creative, Strategy, and Legal—as well as manage relationships with external vendors. Since innovation is key at Enova, we want you to help explore new marketing initiatives, lead process improvements, and continuously optimize customer journeys.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the strategic direction for comprehensive consumer lifecycle strategies, from design and implementation to ongoing maintenance and optimization, supporting engagement and portfolio growth.
- Lead a small team of marketers in addition to influencing cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Identify segments for targeted A/B tests, tailored and personalized messaging, and offers to drive business goals.
- Develop customer-centric materials, tools, and campaigns that drive awareness, conversion, onboarding, and continued engagement with our products and services.
- Collaborate with Product, Strategy & Operations, Customer Service, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure alignment of messaging, touchpoints, and features across the customer journey.
- Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, identify risks and growth opportunities; monitor performance
- Champion customer insights using qualitative and quantitative data to better understand consumer behaviors and needs, shaping marketing strategies accordingly.
- Leverage AI to build scalable processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of lifecycle programs
- Build reports to monitor segment and campaign performance; report on results and provide insights & recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related/quantitative fields of study. MBA a plus.
- 8+ years experience in lifecycle, loyalty marketing, CRM, or a related field, preferably in financial services or digitally focused brands.
- Ability to think big-picture while executing detail-oriented plans that drive results.
- Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Experienced in leading teams through ambiguity, allowing you and your team to pivot seamlessly, embrace change, and uncover opportunities in a dynamic business environment.
- Highly analytical with a passion for problem solving
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a results-driven environment.
- Skilled at building relationships and gaining alignment on priorities for quick decision making.
Compensation:
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $108,000 to $156,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
